We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Operational Team. We are looking for an experienced client facing Project Co-ordinator with great communications skills, the ability to form outstanding partnerships, who is self-motivated and can work to deadlines. This role will be based from our new offices based in Rearsby, Leicestershire.
What you will be doing…
- Planning and scheduling of engineering works
- Coordinating with clients to schedule works
- Liaising with Delivery Manager to set deadlines
- Managing workflow to meet client deadlines
- Updating all trackers in line with customer commitments
- Regular client communication including conference calls and face to face meetings
- Managing completed works for billing
Key skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- A strong background in scheduling and planning
- Highly organised
- Great communications skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships
- Excellent customer service
- Driven by delivering quality
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience of working in the telecommunications / utilities industry would be advantageous but not essential
