We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Operational Team. We are looking for an experienced client facing Project Co-ordinator with great communications skills, the ability to form outstanding partnerships, who is self-motivated and can work to deadlines. This role will be based from our new offices based in Rearsby, Leicestershire.

What you will be doing…

  • Planning and scheduling of engineering works
  • Coordinating with clients to schedule works
  • Liaising with Delivery Manager to set deadlines
  • Managing workflow to meet client deadlines
  • Updating all trackers in line with customer commitments
  • Regular client communication including conference calls and face to face meetings
  • Managing completed works for billing

Key skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft packages
  • A strong background in scheduling and planning
  • Highly organised
  • Great communications skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships
  • Excellent customer service
  • Driven by delivering quality
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience of working in the telecommunications / utilities industry would be advantageous but not essential
