We are looking for a motivated and ambitious person to support our project team in the planning and delivery of our operations. You will be driven and keen to learn all areas of the Project Coordinator role, following a development framework to enable you to progress and eventually coordinating your own delivery stream.

We are a fast-paced team that is focused on quality and delivering our targets every time on time. Experience in this type of environment, working with Microsoft packages, customer service skills and/or great communication skills will be an advantage.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work in a professional manner that represents HG Comms at all times
  • Uphold quality standards in personal workmanship
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Support Coordinators in the planning and scheduling of engineers and planners
  • Updating trackers using Excel workbooks on a daily basis
  • Applying for access permits using software
  • Responding to initial enquiries via email and telephone
  • Booking in site visits with third party
  • Build customer service skills to be able to liaise with clients to schedule works
  • Liaising with Planning & Delivery Managers to ensure execution of works
  • Managing workflow to meet client deadlines
  • Supporting in client communication including conference calls and face to face meetings
  • Supporting Coordinators in preparing completed works for invoicing
  • Covering of other roles where required by the business to complete business activities
  • ERS co-ordination callout 1-4 week rotation
